During a Session

You will lie, fully clothed, on a soft treatment table and experience the very light touch of the therapist’s hands. This is an extremely gentle touch therapy, involving no manipulation. The therapist’s hands are like mirrors that reflect back to the body the pattern it is holding. The reflection back provides an opportunity to let go of the restrictive pattern and return to an easier mode of functioning. This happens at a deep subconscious level within the body.

You will remain comfortable and in control at all times. Your body will set the pace of work while the therapist holds the container of safety. You might find that the condition you came in for is not what changes first. A few sessions may be required to get used to what you are sensing and feeling. For this reason you may want to consider having a series of treatments to gain the full benefit of the work and its cumulative effect.
